Connecting Learning Objective to SurveyMonkey as an Assessment Tool
Course: Management Fundamentals Module 3: Managing Conflict
Audience: Line Management, Supervisors and Team Leaders
Learning Outcome: Learners will be able to identify stages of conflict and determine the most appropriate resolution tactic.
Learning Objective: Learners will have the ability to recognize different stages of conflict and determine the most appropriate resolution tactic by achieving 90% accuracy according to the provided rubric.
Assessment: An online quiz will be created using SurveyMonkey. Learners will be provided a link to access quiz. The quiz will have 4 mini- case scenarios related to the workplace using 3 question types from SurveyMonkey’s advanced features option. Each scenario can represent a different stage of conflict. The learner will read each case, identify the stage of conflict and select the most appropriate resolution tactic to defuse or avoid escalation of conflict.
